This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking and loads no third-party content. Fonts and graphics are served from our own web space. We only collect data when you join the waitlist or write to us.

Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd., Cyprus). When you open the site, the server processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system, in order to deliver the site securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not analyse these log files; the host deletes them automatically after a short time. A data processing agreement is in place with Hostinger.
Waitlist (Brevo)
If you join the waitlist, we process your email address to tell you when Nailoveya launches and to share news from development, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). After submitting, you receive an email with a confirmation link; you are only added once you confirm (double opt-in). We store the times of sign-up and confirmation as proof of consent.
We use Brevo, a service of Sendinblue SAS, based in Paris, France. Data is processed on servers in the EU. A data processing agreement is in place with Brevo. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us; we then remove your address from the list.
Contact by email
If you write to us, for example with an event enquiry, we process your details to answer it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about a possible contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete them once they are no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Link to Instagram
This site links to our Instagram profile (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). No Instagram content is embedded. Data is only transferred when you tap the link; Instagram’s privacy policy then applies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future; just write to info@nailoveya.com. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
